Super Kakinada – Account Deletion Request

Users of Super Kakinada (com.app.smartKakinada) can request deletion of their account and associated personal data using the method below.

How to request account deletion

Information to include

• Your registered email address or phone number
• Your Super Kakinada username (if applicable)
• Optional reason for deletion

What data will be deleted

• User account and profile information
• Authentication records
• Order history and usage data
• Uploaded content associated with your account

What data may be retained

• Transaction or billing records (if required by law)
• Minimal logs required for fraud prevention or legal compliance

Deletion timeline

Once we receive a valid request, the account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7–14 working days.
